Cure for 1 min between layers.<br>Apply one coat of Velvet Matte Top Coat and cure for 1 min.<br>Use the Gel Application Brush to apply the pigment powders if you want to create small detailed designs.   HOW TO USE

  Apply the base coat and desired color base. Cure for 1 min between layers.
  Apply one coat of Velvet Matte Top Coat and cure for 1 min.
